This comfortable villa on the edges of Kalkan has 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single room) and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. There are also 2 sofa beds available.

The detached holiday home with its 200 m² has a private pool with a large terrace, sun loungers, gazebo and lush garden, which guarantees privacy and tranquillity – ideal for families or couples.

A fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and pay TV ensure maximum comfort.
Shaded outdoor dining areas and the brick barbecue invite you to enjoy relaxed meals and BBQ evenings.

The public children’s playground is only 100 metres away. Kalkan with its harbour, shops and restaurants can be easily reached by dolmus (bus stop 400 m) or by car. Car parking is available directly at the house.

Beaches

There is a small but very nice beach on the edge of the old town of Kalkan or alternatively the beach at Kalamar with a beach club and several waterfront restaurants.
The beach of Kaputus, just a few minutes to the east of Kalkan is also always worth a visit.
This beach is small but its location nestled in the rocks makes it particularly attractive.
Patara beach to the west of Kalkan lies within a protected area of a National Park and is just as easily accessible. 
It is not without reason that the Sunday Times voted this 8 km long and 400m wide dream beach as Europe’s finest beach.

Places of Interest and Activities

Kalkan offers a range of activities equal to those of any modern destination, such as boating and kayak tours, diving, mountain bike and quad tours, paragliding & much more.

For those interested in ancient culture, the famous antique roman ruins of Patara or the historical sites of Sidyma, Letoon and Xanthos are worth visiting.
